The Hon'ble Supreme Court today has directed that the study centers of the erstwhile universities can approach the State University, under whose jurisdiction they fall, for affiliation. The State Universities are directed to deal with it expeditiously in the interest of the students.

The Chairman of Rai Foundation, Vinay Rai said, "We are pleased that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has clarified that they will protect the interest of all existing students of the erstwhile universities in Chattisgarh. With this, the long-standing distress of the students will be over and they can heave a sigh of relief that they will get proper degrees."

All the study centers of erstwhile Rai University will be applying to the respective State University within this week, so that affiliation process starts at the earliest possible. The Delhi campus is applying to Delhi University for affiliation while the Faridabad and Gurgaon Campus will apply to MDU for the same.
