CIRCULAR
This is to inform all students
and parents that a combined forum comprising senior / top management RF
& parents has been formed to speed up the affiliation process.
The parents who have joined this forum are: -

The following activities have already taken place:
- Ratified list of students has been already forwarded to
Ministry of Education, Chattisgarh along with the requisite
payments.
- Once the list, countersigned by the Ministry of Education,
Chattisgarh is received, application for NOC to the affiliating
university for NOC will be followed up by personal liaison.
- The AICTE is going to be approached thereafter and they have
promised to finish the inspection within 7 days of receipt of
these documents.

The entire process is going
to be hastened up by the management & parents forum. We are
going to work hand in hand to get the affiliation process speeded
up.
In the meantime, students are advised to appear for End Semester
Exams & pay the fees for the next semester before the
commencement of the exams from 18th Jan 2006 for B 100 students.
Remainder students to clear fees as per schedule given earlier on
our website. |
The revised exam timings for the students of B 100
will be as follows: -
- Forenoon session - 1000 - 1300 hrs
- Afternoon Session - 1330 - 1630 hrs

Parents are requested to advise
their wards to continue the process of education including the process
of examination peacefully and also fully cooperate with us to facilitate
the affiliation.
Please remember any confrontational attitude to include boycotting of
exams, or any other act of indiscipline will be dealt with as per terms
& conditions referred in the student handbook
Let us all join hands together and achieve our objective without any
hindrance.
