The Hon'ble Supreme Court today has directed notice to be served on the State Govt of Chhattisgarh, The Dept of Higher Education , Chhattisgarh and the Pandit Ravi Shanker Shukla University to reply to the points raised by us as to why they cannot affiliate the students studying in the study centres of the former universities.

Since the courts go on vacation from the 14th of May , the next hearing will come up after vacation in July. On a statement by our learned counsel that the students have to sit for exams and thus there is urgency particularly the passing out batch , the Hon'ble Court remarked - where is the rush ,exams can be slightly delayed and held in July.

Accordingly all students are advised to proceed on summer vacation and come back for their next semester classes from 1st august 2005. exams for the current semester will be held as per the Hon'ble Court Directive and directions but not before 1st week of august.

We sympathise with the agony of students and parents but we are trying our best and do firmly believe that the Highest Apex Court will always act to protect the interests of all students and get them their rightful legal degrees.
