'Operation Espire-Aspire with Enterprise' is to eulogize the young talent and execute their dreams and aspirations.

It is to proffer opportunities to those who aim for the skies, who set targets and leave no stone unturned to fulfill them.

The All India Essay writing Competition for XI and XII class students is just the stepping-stone of Operation Espire. This is the mark of a new beginning. It is a dawn of new day for the creative plethora in the youngsters of our country.

Eligibility:

· Students from class XI and XII only can participate in this competition. Although we wanted to encourage students from all the classes to participate but we had to restrict it because of time constraints, level of thought process and managing the number of entries.
· Students have to work in teams of 2,4 or 6. Individual entries will not be accepted. Along with care we want to induce team spirit in the students.
·The essay will have to be submitted to the Principals of respective schools. We will not accept direct entries.
· The Principals will have to authenticate the essays with evidence of originality.

Prizes:

· First prize: Rs. 1,00,000 /- cash prize and Free 3 yr hostel accommodation plus food (priced at 1,50,000)
· Second prize: Rs. 50,000 /- cash prize and Free 2 yr hostel accommodation plus food (priced at 1,00,000
·Third prize: Rs. 25,000 /- cash prize and Free 1 yr hostel accommodation plus food (priced at Rs. 50,000)
· 200 Special citation awards: 25% tuition fee-waiver for any degree course
